BAREIS MLS® Board of Directors began making Pending, Closed, Expired and Withdrawn listing data available as “Off Market” listings via an Enhanced IDX feed in 2013. The Enhanced IDX feed is not offered by all IDX vendors. Members not wanting to have Off Market listings distributed via the Enhanced IDX feed simply need to change the Publish to Internet field to “No” prior to the status change (or send a listing change form requesting BAREIS staff make the change for you).
