What is listing syndication and what are the benefits?

Syndication occurs when a primary broker hires a vendor, known as a syndicator, to transmit the brokerage’s listings to internet sites approved by the broker. Syndication of listings typically extends the exposure of the listing and may offer you additional benefits such as lead referrals and listing performance reports.

BAREIS facilitates the transmission of listing data to certain third party real estate portals with the Office Listing Syndication Tool, which allows primary brokers to select certain public portals to automatically receive their listing data from BAREIS MLS®. BAREIS also has licensing agreements with third-party syndicators, enabling those syndicators to pull their clients’ listing data from BAREIS MLS®.
