How do I join BAREIS MLS?
Broker:
1. Fill out a Broker membership application form
2. Have an active CALBRE license (NBA is not an active status)
3. Pricing is on the cover sheet of application, please call with questions 707-575-8000
Agent:
1. Fill out an Agent membership application form, signed by your broker
2. Have an active CALBRE license (NBA is not an active status)
3. Pricing is on the cover sheet of application, please call with questions 707-575-8000
4. Verify your Broker is an active member with BAREIS MLS
Appraiser Participant:
(For the Appraiser that is the Primary Account Holder for the office)
1. Fill out an Appraiser Participant membership application form
2. Have an active BREA license
3. Pricing is on the cover sheet of application, please call with questions 707-575-8000
Appraiser Subscriber:
(You will be joining under an Appraiser Participant who is a member of BAREIS MLS)
1. Fill out an Appraiser Subscriber membership application form, signed by the Appraiser Participant
2. Have an active BREA license
3. Pricing is on the cover sheet of application, please call with questions 707-575-8000
4. The Appraiser Participant must be an active member for you to become a member
