1) Go back to the report card and click on Edit.
2) Click on the Listings tab.
3) Navigate to the Subject Property Box and you will see a suggested list price field at the bottom.
4) Enter in the desired price/range then click on Update or click on one of the suggested list price options.
Note: If you enter in the subject property SQFT, beds and baths you can use the Proj. value $/sqft as your suggested list price.
5) Before publishing, make sure that the Suggested List Price page is added in your report. If not, be sure to add it from the Analysis section under the Additional Report Content.
