What is the process to apply for a data feed from BAREIS MLS®?

Any Vendor that wishes to access a BAREIS data feed must obtain a data license with BAREIS MLS®.

1. BAREIS first requires a request in writing from one of our members sent to [email protected] before accepting a data license application  from a Vendor. The request should contain the member’s name, the Vendor name, and a description of services the member will be receiving from the Vendor. The member should also provide details of the outcome they are trying to accomplish so we know which licensing agreement would best be suited for the Vendor. If the member is not a Participant of BAREIS MLS®, they will need to copy their Participant for approval of their request.

2. Once the request is received and confirmed, BAREIS will accept the application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 – payment form is within the application. There are also fee(s) for the data license itself - details regarding fees will be provided to the Vendor during the application process.

3. BAREIS will begin processing the application, and coordinate with the Vendor to obtain any additional information needed. This process can take 4-8 weeks.

4. If the Vendor is approved, they will be sent a data license agreement to review and sign. Once payment to start service is processed and the agreement is signed, the access credentials to the data feed will be provided.
