How do I enter a Coming Soon Listing Into BAREIS

1.      You must have a valid listing agreement with your seller.

2.      You enter it into the MLS the same way you enter an Active listing, except on Step 3 you choose Coming Soon in the new Status field. The On Market Date will be the date the listing automatically goes Active.
