How do I enter a Coming Soon Listing Into BAREIS |

1. You must have a valid listing agreement with your seller. 2. You don’t need an exclusion form if you are entering the listing in the MLS as Coming Soon within 3 days of executing your listing agreement. If you are withholding the listing from the MLS for more than 3 days, please have your sellers complete an exclusion form (either BAREIS or CAR SELM) and complete the online listing exclusion confirmation. 3. You enter it into the MLS the same way you enter an Active listing, except on Step 3 you choose Coming Soon in the new Status field. The On Market Date will be the date the listing automatically goes Active. |
