Cloud CMA - How to Create a Property Report

Open Cloud CMA and click on the Property tab then click on the “Create a new Property Report” button.

 

 

 

 

Enter your clients name and the MLS number/address then click on the “Fetch Listings” button.

 

 

 

 

Arrange any listings you have in the order that you would like by clicking on the grid to the right of the property and dragging it to the desired location.  Once you have arranged your properties as you like click on the “Customize Report” button.

 

 

 

 

Add or remove fields using the plus and minus signs on the fields themselves, organize those fields by clicking and dragging using the grid to the right of the field.  Select your headline from the drop-down menu, then select your theme, layout and font by clicking on the appropriate link on the right of the page. Once everything is as you desire click on “Publish Report”.

 

 

 

 

You will now be able to view the property report on the property home page.  From here you may view email or share your property report.  Your property report is now complete.
